RENOVATION OF A HISTORIC PROPERTY

A sensitive architectural transformation of one of Anguilla’s earliest hospitality buildings, this project reorders and refreshes the existing structure through a clear and coherent design approach.

The intervention focuses on restoring spatial clarity and enhancing the original identity of the building, introducing a refined architectural language defined by balanced proportions, natural materials, and controlled light.

The surrounding landscape plays a central role in the project. The garden is reimagined as a sequence of curated outdoor spaces designed for everyday living — including dining areas, breakfast corners, and shaded lounges — all immersed in carefully maintained greenery.

This integrated approach strengthens the relationship between architecture and nature, transforming the property into a harmonious and livable environment where indoor and outdoor spaces flow seamlessly.
